How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order by finding it in the one off projects list or the campaigns list and clicking the trash can in the Actions column. You can cancel an immediate one-off project by midnight on the day it was placed. For scheduled orders and campaigns you should cancel by midnight prior to the day it an order scheduled to go out. If it's after midnight, you can try to contact us to cancel it.
